Alpine Club of Himalaya runs it, and 12 things are covered by the price. It can be cancelled free of charge.
The price covers all airport/hotel pick up and drop in private car/van, 2 Night Accommodation in Kathmandu including breakfast, Twin sharing 3, 1 Night Accommodation in Pokhara including breakfast, Twin sharing 3 and 3 Nights stay in Tea House during the trek. Basic Guest House. It does not cover nepal Visa fee, International airfare and departure tax and Bar bills, laundry, and other expenses of personal nature, so budget for those separately.
