Churen Himal Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. runs it, and 8 things are covered by the price. It can be cancelled free of charge.
The price covers 1. Pick up & drop off from the Airport by private Car/Van/Bus as per group size, 2. Transportation from Ktm -Dhap-Ktm by local Jeep, 3. TIMS card (Trekking Information Management System) and 4. All necessary permit fees. It does not cover 1: Nepal entry visa fee, 2: International airfare and 3: Fresh Meals on full board ( Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner) with Hot drinks and Tea/ Coffee, so budget for those separately.
