The price covers tourist bus ticket from Kathmandu to Pokhara, One night deluxe hotel in Pokhara with breakfast, Transfers to and from the bus terminal in Pokhara and Local bus or jeep transport to Ghandruk and return from Ulleri. It does not cover hotel in Kathmandu, Return bus ticket to Kathmandu and Lunch and dinner in Pokhara, so budget for those separately.
