Kathmandu to Pokhara
Meet your guide in Kathmandu and begin your adventure with a scenic ride along the Prithvi Highway. Pass rivers, terraced hills, and traditional villages before reaching the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara.
Pokhara to Tatopani
Leave Pokhara behind and ride through the foothills of the Annapurna region. Follow the Kali Gandaki River, passing waterfalls, mountain villages, and winding roads before arriving at Tatopani, famous for its natural hot springs.
Tatopani to Kagbeni
Ride deeper into the Himalayan rain-shadow region as lush forests gradually give way to dramatic cliffs and desert-like landscapes. Pass through Jomsom before reaching the ancient village of Kagbeni, the gateway to Upper Mustang.
Kagbeni to Ghami
After completing the Upper Mustang permit checkpoint, continue into the restricted kingdom. Ride through traditional Tibetan villages, colorful chortens, and spectacular canyon landscapes before reaching the peaceful village of Ghami.
Ghami to Lo Manthang
Continue across high mountain plateaus and historic settlements as you make your way to the walled city of Lo Manthang. Explore its ancient streets and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Nepal's former forbidden kingdom.
Explore Lo Manthang
Spend the day discovering the cultural treasures of Lo Manthang. Visit centuries-old monasteries, traditional villages, royal palace grounds, and nearby viewpoints while learning about the rich Tibetan Buddhist heritage of the region.
Lo Manthang to Muktinath
Begin the return journey through Upper Mustang before arriving at the sacred pilgrimage site of Muktinath. Visit the famous temple complex and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.
Muktinath to Pokhara
Descend through Jomsom, Marpha, Tatopani, and Beni as the dramatic Mustang landscapes gradually transform into lush green hills. Arrive back in Pokhara for a relaxing evening.
