Nepal treks runs it, and 9 things are covered by the price. It can be cancelled free of charge.
The price covers private airport transfers, Kathmandu–Syabrubesi–Kathmandu by local bus, Langtang National Park Permit & TIMS card and Teahouse accommodation. It does not cover international airfare & visa fees, Travel insurance (mandatory) and Lunch & dinner in Kathmandu, so budget for those separately. Two travellers pay $518 together rather than $416 each, because this is priced per party and not per head.
