The price covers licensed, experienced local trekking guide, Kathmandu to Kathmandu, All ground transportation per itinerary (Kathmandu–Dhap / Phaplu–Kathmandu), Shared accommodation in family-run mountain lodges during the trek and Three meals a day during the trek (organic local food), tea or coffee in the morning. It does not cover international flights to and from Nepal, Meals and accommodation in Kathmandu and Nepal entry visa fees, so budget for those separately.
