A full-day trip out of Sigiriya taking in SigiriyaJeep / SUV, Sigiriya, Jeep / SUV and Polonnaruwa. The longest stop is Polonnaruwa, at about 3 hours. There are 6 stops in all.

The running order is SigiriyaJeep / SUV (30 min), then Sigiriya (2h), then Jeep / SUV (45 min), then Polonnaruwa (3h), then Jeep / SUV (30 min), and on from there.

The price covers hotel pickup and drop-off, Water bottle, English-speaking driver and All parking fees and government taxes. It does not cover sigiriya Rock entrance ticket (~$30), Minneriya National Park entrance ticket (~$35) and Polonnaruwa entrance ticket (~$30), so budget for those separately.
