Dies ist ein 1,5-stündiges Erlebnis in Kyoto. Wir halten Ihren Platz beim Anbieter, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgültig behandeln.

Tokios Großhandelsfischmarkt zog 2018 von Tsukiji nach Toyosu um, aber der Tsukiji-Außenmarkt, die Gassen mit Geschäften und Ständen um den alten Standort, blieb und ist der Ort für die Essenswanderungen: Tamagoyaki am Stiel, Thunfischschnitte, Uni, gegrillte Jakobsmuscheln und Messergeschäfte, am belebtesten von etwa 8:00 bis 11:00 Uhr und sonntags und an einigen Mittwochen geschlossen. Die Thunfischauktion selbst findet in Toyosu statt, beobachtet von einer Aussichtsplattform vor 6:30 Uhr mit einer Vorab-Lotterie. Sushi-Kurse lehren Shari, den gesäuerten Reis, und den Handdruck des Nigiri; die meisten dauern zwei bis drei Stunden und Sie essen, was Sie machen.

This workshop is excellent! Our guide Ryu was super helpful and we learned a lot. It was just our group of 4 and we had plenty of time to ask questions and perfect our sushi. We ended up with 12 pieces that we got to eat which was just enough. We got to try 6 different types of sushi which is great for learning what you like. I cannot recommend this workshop enough. So glad we did it. Thank you!

I had a great time in the Sushi Class. Mina was wonderful and did a great job explaining the process and was overall great to talk with. Definitely the highlight of my trip. Would highly recommend the experience!

We happened to be all by ourselves, which made for an amazing private experience. Ryoto was a great teacher, so we all had fun making and eating our sushi. The quality of the food was great. Just the spot is a little hard to find, but once you’re there, it’s great.

We paid for the most expensive activity and got very poor experience: the activity lasted 30 minutes vs. 90 minutes in their advert. No step-by-step preparation nor grand opening. Instructor couldnt speak decent English. no footbath included - additional fee required despite misleading title, we were only 2 visitors and still activities promoted under crowd limits were not provided. They barely tought us anything. Super over priced - We felt screwed AVOID!

Nous avons adoré préparer nos propres sushis guidés par Mihana qui parle bien anglais, expérience très amusante et très utile, on pourra reproduire. nous n’étions que quatre, c’était idéal. Je recommande.
