Dies ist ein 1,5-stündiges Erlebnis in Osaka. Wir halten Ihren Platz beim Anbieter, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgültig behandeln.

Tokios Großhandelsfischmarkt zog 2018 von Tsukiji nach Toyosu um, aber der Tsukiji-Außenmarkt, die Gassen mit Geschäften und Ständen um den alten Standort, blieb und ist der Ort für die Essenswanderungen: Tamagoyaki am Stiel, Thunfischschnitte, Uni, gegrillte Jakobsmuscheln und Messergeschäfte, am belebtesten von etwa 8:00 bis 11:00 Uhr und sonntags und an einigen Mittwochen geschlossen. Die Thunfischauktion selbst findet in Toyosu statt, beobachtet von einer Aussichtsplattform vor 6:30 Uhr mit einer Vorab-Lotterie. Sushi-Kurse lehren Shari, den gesäuerten Reis, und den Handdruck des Nigiri; die meisten dauern zwei bis drei Stunden und Sie essen, was Sie machen.

We loved everything from start to end. The venue was easy to find, the hosts Daniel and Arisa so friendly and enthusiastic, the ingredients super fresh...the session itself was really cool and we had a video that helped us appreciate where sushi came from which made it even more special. They even gave us gifts at the end which was the cherry on top! Now I've got a small mat and a spoon to separate the rice. If you're looking for a sushi making class THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT!!!!!

We were three families with teenage kids and we all enjoyed a lot the experience!. Very nice and professional hosts. We felt like at home. I can very much recommend the Sushi Masterclass!!

We really enjoyed his activity. Instructions were clear. The place was clean. Everything was very well structured. The place was in a very interesting district also (you can walk around and visit after). A small warning to some future customers : The course was given by a pair of young men (summer students). Do not expect a sushi master as your instructor. This affected our activity in no way (they were great) but I was surprised. Some may be disappointed so I wanted to add it to the review.

It was awesome! Arisa and Naho were excellent and showed us exactly what we had to do. We had a lot of fun and the sushi was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this activity :)

It was a really nice class! Arisa and Seina were super fun, patient and explained each step to us meticulously. We made 3 types of sushi and honestly a lot of food as well. The ambience of the studio was very cozy. They spoke perfect English too. Highly recommended!

I booked this as a birthday present for my boyfriend. We had an amazing time. The 2 women running the class were absolutely fabulous, great English and so friendly. The quality of the ingredients were really good too. I would definitely recommend!
