Ami was a fantastic guide, she contacted us couple of days before the trip to see if we had any preference for a tour itinerary. Her choice of locations was spot on, history, local culture and a bit of souvenir shopping. We were even shown a few local gems only a local would be aware of, including some local delicacies. Hugo war ein sehr sympathischer Stadtführer. Er ist sehr auf unsere Wünsche bei der Tour eingegangen. Es gab früh einen Kontakt, wo nach unseren Wünschen gefragt wurde. Er verfügte über eine tolle Ortskenntnis, gab uns viele Tips für unseren zweiten Tag allein. Durch seine Hilfe beherrschten wir schnell das UBahn System.

Pas terrible pour le tarif sans professionnalisme juste la traduction pas d'anticipation sur un programme ou il faut encore payer le transport. Pas d'historique de Osaka je ne recommande pas !!
The guide Fran was lovely , however we opted For a 4pm pickup from the boat to see Osaka Castle . However it stops letting people in at 4.30 and you can only walk around the outside in the dark. Why would you take such late bookings when you just know the opening times . Very disappointed. It was closed .
