This is a 8-hour experience in Hiroshima, built around Bus/coach, Atomic Bomb Dome and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. It is run by JRT Group, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Osaka is Japan's kitchen: the city that invented takoyaki, okonomiyaki and kushikatsu, and Dotonbori's canal of neon signs is where it eats them. Osaka Castle is a 1931 concrete reconstruction of Hideyoshi's fortress with a museum inside and a moat and park worth an hour; Kuromon market is the food market; Shinsekai is the retro district under Tsutenkaku tower; Umeda Sky Building has the open-air observatory. Osaka is the base for day trips to Nara, Kobe, Himeji and Koyasan, all under an hour and a half. The city is louder and cheaper than Kyoto and its people are known for it.

Itsukushima Shrine and the floating torii gate were definitely one of the highlights of the day. The tide was at a beautiful level, making the gate appear as if it were floating on the sea. It looked almost dreamlike, and we took some of our favorite photos there.

Miyajima was definitely the highlight of the tour for me. Seeing the iconic floating torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine in person was absolutely breathtaking, especially with the tide changing the view throughout the day. Walking around the island was also a great experience, with small traditional streets, local shops, and delicious snacks like grilled oysters and momiji manju. The friendly deer freely roaming around added a unique and fun touch to the experience. It felt like a perfect mix of nature, culture, and relaxation.
