Full description
This is a 11-hour experience from Kyoto, built around Bus/coach, Arashiyama and Kinkaku-ji. It is run by AMIGO TOURS JAPAN GK, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Fushimi Inari Taisha is the head shrine of Inari, the deity of rice and business, and its thousand-plus vermilion torii gates, each donated by a company or family, run in tunnels up the 233-metre Mount Inari behind the main hall. The full loop to the summit is about four kilometres and two hours; most visitors turn back at the Yotsutsuji viewpoint halfway. It is open 24 hours and free, which makes it the one big Kyoto sight you can do at dawn or after dark, when the gates are empty and lit. By nine in the morning the lower tunnels are a slow queue. The fox statues carry keys to the rice granary in their mouths.
The price covers Bilingual guide in Spanish and English, Transportation from meeting point and Admission to the Golden Pavilion, Nijo Castle. It does not cover Food and drinks, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.
Hotel Keihan Kyoto Grande. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with AMIGO TOURS JAPAN GK before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

Traveler Reviews
Cesar was a great guide. He was well informed and able to answer all my questions. It was impressive watching him shift between three different languages and sustain his energy and enthusiasm on an almost unbearably hot and humid day. It was also great to tick off so many wonderful experiences in Kyoto.
Very good trip. We had wonderful time with Cesear and his stories. It is good that bamboo forest is first as there is less people around 8am. In each place we had enough time to explore the site. We got also few recommendations for the lunch which was very helpful. It and very good day!
Ceasar was very knowledgeable and gave us good information about the history and culture of Kyoto and Japan. The places we visited were excellent examples of the best of Japan.
The tour guide Marie or Maria from Chili was very good. The tour was good a bit expensive, nice bus!
It was a fantastic day. Thanks to Caesar, Ikeda-san and Amigos for the amazing trip. Caesar’s language skills in English, Spanish and Japanese is phenomenal, and local knowledge was excellent. Thank you!
We had an incredible time, our guide Heli was so knowledgeable and made it such a fun day. We never would have been able to see all the things we did without the tour! Ikeda was an amazing driver and got us everywhere safely!
The tour guide, Caesar, was Fantasti; he made sure to explain and guide us well. Do know that the lunch is towards the end of the tour to be prepared for that.
Well organised and you see a huge amount in one day. Angeles our tour guide was helpful and informative and ran the day well. N.B. it is better to do the option with tickets included unless you are going to be organised and book your own in advance as otherwise there is a risk that you lose the group while you are queuing for tickets.
This was a great way to see a lot of the major Kyoto sights. Angeles was a font of knowledge and made the day fun. The bus was comfortable and we never were on it long. The time flew by. Just do it!
The tour was a perfect mix of sites Kyoto’s major sites: historical, natural and religious. Each offered something unique, and our guide, Angeles, provided excellent commentary, both in English and Spanish. She kept our group on time and organized and was very enjoyable and professional. The itinerary is well planned and a wonderful way to see many sites in one day without the hassle of trying to figure out public transportation or the high cost of taxis. They welcome food and drinks on the bus which is nice because it’s a long day: 7:30-4:30. Lunch is very late (2pm so prepare some snacks. Dr
Cézar was great guide. Speaking English and Spanish, making feeling everybody cool, spreading interesting info.
Got to see main sites in organized manner. Guide Caesar was exceptional. He could go from English to Spanish to Japanese seamlessly.
