This is a 4-hour experience in Osaka. It is run by TripGuru Japan, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Osaka is Japan's kitchen: the city that invented takoyaki, okonomiyaki and kushikatsu, and Dotonbori's canal of neon signs is where it eats them. Osaka Castle is a 1931 concrete reconstruction of Hideyoshi's fortress with a museum inside and a moat and park worth an hour; Kuromon market is the food market; Shinsekai is the retro district under Tsutenkaku tower; Umeda Sky Building has the open-air observatory. Osaka is the base for day trips to Nara, Kobe, Himeji and Koyasan, all under an hour and a half. The city is louder and cheaper than Kyoto and its people are known for it.

The Temple was amazing. Not crawded, around the nature. We visited with slow pace. Everything was explained with details and all of our questions were answered. Our guide was kind and created nice atmosphere that helped in understending the Temple's history. We really enjoyed the trip! Thank you so much!

Had such a great time on the Minoh Katsuoji Temple! The walk was peaceful and the temple was beautiful, with lots of little details our guide pointed out. It felt very authentic and not touristy at all.
