Ismail was on time, had great communication, his vehicle was very nice and clean and he had so many amenities like electrolyte candies, waters, and umbrellas. He really has thought of everything. If you are looking to explore Osaka stress-free, look no further. We had a relatively short amount of time of 5 hours, but our guide Roy managed to smoothly pack in all the major highlights without ever making us feel rushed. -He picked us up directly from our Kyoto hotel and dropped us right back off at the end of the trip. It made the transit completely seamless. -The ride was incredibly relaxing. The car was spotless, comfortable, and a perfect refuge between sightseeing stops. -Roy knew the perfect parking spots at every single stop, which saved us so much time and walking. -He was incredibly personable, relatable, and easy to talk to. It felt like exploring the city with a local friend who happens to know everything about Osaka. Everything was flawlessly planned and executed from start to finish.
