We very much enjoyed our tour - visited the main sites. Our guide showed us where to get the best deals on shopping and food. It was great to be driven around after we had done so much walking on other days. He had bottles of water for us too.
My family & I took this tour. Ismail, our guide, exceeded every expectation we had. His car was clean & serviceable. Ismail thought of comfort for us, bringing extra water bottles & electrolytes for our tour on a hot day. His knowledge of the sights we visited was superb, his knowledge of the area was amazing, & his pace was delightful. Osaka Castle was greatly explained, Dotonbori street was amazing, and the street food areas, including the fish market, were so tasteful. Ismail made my family’s day & we are eternally grateful. Ismail was on time, had great communication, his vehicle was very nice and clean and he had so many amenities like electrolyte candies, waters, and umbrellas. He really has thought of everything. Ismail knows a lot about Japanese culture and was able to make our trip special. He also speaks great English and was able to help translate and order for us. He was an excellent guide.

If you are looking to explore Osaka stress-free, look no further. We had a relatively short amount of time of 5 hours, but our guide Roy managed to smoothly pack in all the major highlights without ever making us feel rushed. -He picked us up directly from our Kyoto hotel and dropped us right back off at the end of the trip. It made the transit completely seamless. -The ride was incredibly relaxing. The car was spotless, comfortable, and a perfect refuge between sightseeing stops. -Roy knew the perfect parking spots at every single stop, which saved us so much time and walking. -He was incredibly personable, relatable, and easy to talk to. It felt like exploring the city with a local friend who happens to know everything about Osaka. Everything was flawlessly planned and executed from start to finish. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough!
