Ami was a fantastic guide, she contacted us couple of days before the trip to see if we had any preference for a tour itinerary. Her choice of locations was spot on, history, local culture and a bit of souvenir shopping. We were even shown a few local gems only a local would be aware of, including some local delicacies. Ami was very friendly, had perfect English, was very knowledgeable on Japanese history and happy to explain about everyday life in Osaka. A highly recommended tour. 5* +

We had a very good day with a guy really listen to our wishes We had good information about all the places we visit and good information what to do next after our visit The English was perfect easy to understand and he took really care of us finding elevator stairs so we don’t have to walk more than needed Thank you very much

Hugo war ein sehr sympathischer Stadtführer. Er ist sehr auf unsere Wünsche bei der Tour eingegangen. Es gab früh einen Kontakt, wo nach unseren Wünschen gefragt wurde. The guide Fran was lovely , however we opted For a 4pm pickup from the boat to see Osaka Castle . However it stops letting people in at 4.30 and you can only walk around the outside in the dark. Why would you take such late bookings when you just know the opening times . Very disappointed. It was closed .
