We had a fantastic tour with Candy! The weather was beautiful, and there were not too many tourists around. Before visiting the soy sauce factory, we stopped at the famous 1,000 Tatami Mats coast. The sea was wonderfully rough that day, and watching the waves was spectacular. As a soy sauce lover, visiting the birthplace of Japanese soy sauce was a must. Learning about its history and production was fascinating, and we happily stocked up on many delicious sauces afterwards. Another highlight was the fish market. So much variety, so many things to taste and discover – wow! Candy was an amazing
