Der Vier-Insel-Rundgang, spät am Tag von einem gemeinschaftsbasierten Anbieter durchgeführt, abgeschlossen mit Sonnenuntergang bei Phra Nang.
Die meisten Boote machen diese Route am Morgen. Am Nachmittag zu fahren bedeutet, jeden Stopp zu erreichen, während die Tagesflotte abfährt, sodass Koh Poda und Chicken Island ruhig sind, wenn Sie dort ankommen, statt mit vertäuten Booten vollgestellt.
Chicken Island verdankt seinen Namen der Felsformation an seiner Spitze, die von einem bestimmten Blickwinkel auf der Anfahrt wie ein Hühnerkopf aussieht und von überall sonst wie ein gewöhnlicher Kalksteinfelsen. Thale Waek, das geteilte Meer, ist die Sandbank, die bei Niedrigwasser auftaucht und die Inseln zu einem begehbaren Streifen verbindet, dann wieder verschwindet, wenn die Flut kommt. Ob Sie sie begehen können, hängt ganz davon ab, wann Sie dort sind, weshalb sich das Timing nach dem Gezeitenkalender richtet.
Der Sonnenuntergang wird am Phra-Nang-Höhlenstrand auf der Railay-Halbinsel genommen. Die Klippe hinter dem Strand fängt das letzte Licht ein, und der Höhlenschrein am Ende des Sandes ist der Ort, an dem Fischer geschnitzte Opfergaben für einen Geist hinterlassen, der sie angeblich auf See schützt.
Der Guide ist lokal und gemeinschaftsbasiert statt von einer großen Bootsgesellschaft angestellt, was in der Praxis bedeutet, dass der Kommentar vom Ort und der Fischerei handelt statt von einem Skript.

TLDR: It was a great tour, better than we expected, our guide was mega fun and enjoying himself a lot, the snorkeling spots were beautiful and the sunset just stunning. Only that nothing of the tour was as described 🤣 We booked 4 islands & Phra Nang sunset and at the beginning of the tour we were welcomed to 7 islands sunset tour, where 3 islands are just sightseeing and we will have sunset and dinner at waek thalek and see the bioluminescent plankton afterwards. We asked around and turns out some people had booked 7 islands and for us and another guy who booked on the same day in the morning,
The trip had beautiful views and amazing islands. The guide was very kind, helpful, funny, and understanding. Unfortunately, the engine broke down and the boat stopped in the sea at night. We waited about one hour for another boat to arrive. The waves were strong and the situation was scary. We helped the guide to move and keep the passengers safe. Overall, great views and a good guide, but the boat needs better maintenance for safety

I booked 4 islands tour and I ended up on a 7 islands tour . But still I have to stay the experience was great , I did enjoy it.

Ieri abbiamo fatto questa escursione. I paesaggi sono incantevoli e il personale altrettanto. Sempre sorridenti e vicino a te per soddisfare ogni richiesta, specialmente JANA. La scelta del pasto sicuramente molto buona. Il tempo, il posto, il mangiare, la compagnia e lo staff hanno fatto la differenza. Consiglio vivamente l'escursione.

Terrible. There was little to no organisation at all, the most organised thing was the transport to and from the boat. We booked the 4 island tour to then be told when we arrived at it was the 7 island tour. However, we only visited 3 islands and did no snorkelling at all even though they were provided to us. Our boat broke down after the first stop which we understand is out of their control, but it was not handled well. We were told a new boat would be here in 15 mins, but we then sat for an hour waiting for another boat to come and get us so we could carry on with the tour. It then took age
