The price does not cover entrance fee for 'hat noppharat thara – mu ko phi phi national park' of 400 thb per adult and 200 thb per child, tips for boat crew, no pickup from phuket, koh lanta or koh phi phi don and no pickup from accommodation located on hillsides or remote hotels in the krabi area that are not easily accessible for standard hotel transfers. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Not in rough sea. The Andaman side is calm from November to April and choppy from May to October, when the marine office can close the piers at short notice; if that happens the operator moves you to the next day or refunds in full. Seasickness tablets the night before help on speedboats, and Maya Bay itself closes to visitors in August and September each year.
