The price does not cover tips and national park fee for 'hat noppharat thara – mu ko phi phi national park' of 200 thb per adult and 100 thb per child. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Not in rough sea. The Andaman side is calm from November to April and choppy from May to October, when the marine office can close the piers at short notice; if that happens the operator moves you to the next day or refunds in full. Seasickness tablets the night before help on speedboats, and Maya Bay itself closes to visitors in August and September each year.
