Our tour guide was Duke and she made sure we were always comfortable and well involved during our trip; asking the zoo staff lots of questions in order to get the best experience. The zoo itself has an amazing collection of animals but unfortunately we didnt have a chance to see everything; nevertheless we still had a great day! The trams in the zoo were a nice touch being able to hop on and off to see more of the zoo without walking in the heat. Also there are plenty of places to eat/snack around the park so you don't have to worry about taking your own. The J-park Japanese Village was very c

Zoo is good fun the Japanese Village...is basically an outdoor small shopping mall...not too much to see but as a part of the program on the way back from the zoo it is a good break for food or coffee

Great driver and was prompt at collecting dropping off and explaining the trip to us . zoo was good but the tram didn't take us to all of the stops so missed half of the animals. what we did see though we enjoyed

Being an Open Zoo, option to engage with animals in close range. Availability of ‘Golf Cart’ ( at additional cost), is an excellent way to move around and visit all parts of the Zoo. Plenty of food/drink options available. The Penguin show was not impressive. Signages and direction maps can be improved further by adding some more and including distance information.
