We were on a cruise stopping at Laem Chabang and this was the perfect solution. The driver met us right at the port, we chose our own stops — Big Buddha, Sanctuary of Truth, a viewpoint — and were back well before sailing. No group to wait for, no fixed script.
Excellent value for a private vehicle and driver for four hours. We changed our minds twice about where to go and it was never a problem. Air conditioning was a blessing in the heat and the car was spotlessly clean.
Ideal for a family with grandparents in tow. Being able to set our own pace, take breaks and skip anything too strenuous made all the difference. The driver was patient, courteous and knew exactly where to park at each stop.
Very good service and a comfortable minibus. Note the driver is a driver rather than a licensed guide, so you get transport and local know-how but not detailed commentary at each site. For us that was fine — we wanted the freedom.
