The tour was very fun, the places were beautiful, and our guide Mimi was the best! Lunch was better and more than I expected, and there was plenty of cold water for everyone. Important: we chose this tour over others because it was longer, and we thought we'd have more time on the beaches, but it's the same length as the others. We ended up leaving the pier at 10 am and arriving back at 4 pm. Overall, I would recommend it, keeping in mind that it's a very local experience.

Questions fréquentes

Yes. Hotel pickup in Krabi. Ask Discovery Thailand confirms your pickup time and the exact spot once the booking is in. The collection window is usually a little wider than a fixed minute, because the driver is working a route around several hotels.
The price does not cover national park entrance fee, personal expenses and optional gratuities. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Not in rough sea. The Andaman side is calm from November to April and choppy from May to October, when the marine office can close the piers at short notice; if that happens the operator moves you to the next day or refunds in full. Seasickness tablets the night before help on speedboats, and Maya Bay itself closes to visitors in August and September each year.
We confirm your booking with the operator before we treat it as final, and we need at least one day's notice. Once it is confirmed you get the meeting point, the time and a contact number for the day. If the operator cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.
