Les cours de cuisine thaïe suivent un schéma qui fonctionne : une visite au marché pour acheter galanga, citronnelle, combava et basilic sacré, le professeur expliquant à quoi sert chaque ingrédient, puis quatre ou cinq plats cuisinés un par un à des postes individuels, en général une pâte de curry pilée à partir de rien, un sauté, une soupe et un dessert, mangés au fur et à mesure. Les cours de Chiang Mai, dans des fermes biologiques hors de la ville, sont les plus détendus ; ceux de Bangkok, dans d'anciennes maisons de commerce, les plus soignés ; ceux de Phuket ajoutent souvent les fruits de mer. Les versions végétariennes et véganes sont la norme, et un cours est le moyen le plus rapide de comprendre pourquoi la cuisine thaïe a ce goût-là.

Very good and knowledgeable chef. I got picked up and dropped off from my hotel. Lots of food to try once you have cooked it. Even managed to take some away in containers to enjoy later. Would recommend if you enjoy cooking.

It was a great activity, the chef was lovely and so was our group! We were able make all different things too which was nice becuase all our spicy levels differed! We even took home a cook book with so many more recipes than what we were tight! Would highly recommend!
Great activity, learnt so much in the time we spent with our wonderful Thai chef and made some delicious food that I can’t wait to try again when I’m back in the UK. Super value for money.

Fantastic cooking class with a great chef. Easy to follow demonstrations with a cook book to try the recipes at home afterwards. Great choice of dishes and they tasted amazing. Everything was well prepared and plenty of time to sit down and enjoy the dishes. Would definitely recommend
The activity was great, the Thiwa was a great guide and very knowledgeable! The food we cooked was great and I really enjoyed the fact we had a choice of what we could make! Lovely evening, thank you!
Our drive + instructor was amazing. If there is two of you, you can pay for 1 ticket and share the experience as it is a lot of food. They are super kind and helpful. Lots of drinking water available, veggie options and they are careful with allergies. They took lots of pics of us and we made pals with the people from our group. Lovely experience:)
I had a wonderful experience with this Thai cooking class. The instructor was excellent. She explained every step clearly and made the class easy to follow. She had most of the ingredients prepared in advance, while still allowing us to chop and prepare some ingredients ourselves, which made the experience feel hands-on and authentic without being overwhelming. The cooking process was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the dishes came together. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious!
