Should You Book a Penang Tour Direct or Through an App?

If nobody confirms those details until after you've paid, it doesn't matter whether you found the booking through an operator's own contact or a polished app — you're booking blind either way.

Booking direct with a verified local operator removes one real risk: a long reseller chain where your money and your question both pass through two or three middlemen before reaching the operator who actually runs the tour. That's genuinely worth avoiding.
