het was een hele leuke ochtend. We werden opgehaald bij ons hotel en gingen naar een lokale markt. Heel leuk om rond te wandelen en de gids wist ook veel te vertellen over hoe de markt werkt en wat er allemaal te krijgen is. Tijdens de kookles werden we goed begeleid. We mochten zelf een aantal gerechten uitkiezen om te koken en vervolgens gingen we aan de slag. Nadat we alles op hadden en we echt goed vol zaten werden we weer terug gebracht naar ons hotel. Wij raden deze activiteit echt aan iedereen aan omdat het de perfecte combinatie is tussen een marktbezoek met gids en een kookworkshop!!

We had an amazing time! Ann was very knowledgeable, the market was great to see, learned a lot about Thai ingredients. Cooking was very fun and we made delicious food! Learned a lot!

I never received an email about time of pick up. We waited for half an hour before the mentioned “start time” (9.00 am) and half an hour after. So a whole hour in our hotel reception. The receptionist tried calling twice, once before 9.00 and once after 9.00, to ask the place when we would get picked up, there was no answer. So we never went, and I can therefore not rate the actual cooking class. But I’ve paid for something that never happened, so I’m waiting for my money back, and I’m disappointed about a missed opportunity.
