Japan's outdoors is organised: trails are marked, mountain huts are booked, and the walking routes with history, the Nakasendo post road between Magome and Tsumago and the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage in Wakayama, are done in comfortable day stages with luggage forwarded. The tour and the guide were really nice. The group size just 5 people that was great. Our guide Wood was friendly and informative and shared with us interesting information about the local life and culture, beautiful landscapes and took us to a local coffee shop where we enjoyed nice cup of coffee from Krabi. The problem of the tour is that we did not go to the emerald pool, no hot spring water, no meals no fruits. Just disappointing because I was expecting going to this places. Overall the tour was nice, 24 km ride around local countryside. Note. If you want to do the tour I recommend to doub
