This was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had! The crew is just amazing, looking after every detail! They offered everything we needed, took beautiful photos, offered food. This was truly special. The place is incredibly clean, you can have a shower and they even offer toiletries. You can see they take good care of the elephants. I can’t recommend enough!

Such a lovely experience. You can really see how much they care about the elephants and their wellbeing, which made the visit feel very special. Our guide was also incredibly kind, knowledgeable + including the beautiful pictures taken by the crew. Definitely a memorable experience!

They have plenty of space to move around freely, which made the experience feel very special and respectful towards the animals. Our tour guide was amazing as well — very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the elephants. Everything was well organized from start to finish. Amazing experience. Fun, talkative and caring staff who made sure the elephants are appropriately cared for. The shelter prioritised elephant care and ethical practices whilst also providing amazing experience. 100% reccomend and food was incredible

It was amazing. The guide was so kind and knew so much about elephants. Absolutely perfect experience and ethical. They also gave us free amazing Thai tea and coffee and mango sticky rice!

Our visit to bath with the elephants was amazing! In my kids words “the best experience of our life” Everything was perfect, it was so well run, you had an elephant to each family/group then you all swapped so you were getting to meet all the elephants. These beautiful beasts look healthy and well cared for and it’s so apparent that they are loved and cared for by their mahouts and the other workers at the sanctuary! We gave our phone to someone to take photos and also the professional photographers take photos and you get them sent to you that afternoon (we had an early session), all free, no

this was such a fantastic experience! the communication before hand was excellent and we were collected on time. when we arrived we were given a bottle of water and a locker key. there was free tea, coffee and juice, and a shop with ice cream, souvenirs and water shoes if you forgot yours. We had a short talk about elephants before we got to go and meet each one. then we spent time feeding them before getting changed into swim wear for bathing and then showering. nothing felt rushed and sooooo many photos were taken on our own phones and by the staff who email you them for free. after bathing
