Bardzo miła obsługa, z powodu złego samopoczucia poprosiliśmy o przełożenie wycieczki 1 godzinę przed rozpoczęciem na dzień kolejny i nie było problemu. Bardzo przyjemne otoczenie, piękne widoki, bez pośpiechu. Nasz hotel nie był w rejonie obejmującym darmowy transport, mimo to organizator zaproponował dla nas miejscowego trucka bez dodatkowych opłat z i do hotelu. Polecam

Aufgrund von Krankheit mussten wir die Aktivität ausfallen lassen. Mit einem Nachweis haben wir die vollständigen Kosten erstattet bekommen. Zu der eigentlichen Aktivität können wir leider nichts sagen.

It said the program would last 4 hours - lasted 6 hours - we didn't make it to the planned activity later in the day... lost a lot of money. - Zero information about the plan along the way the whole day - how long the paddling, the trips lasted ect. - Should have been informed that it was low tide on the booking - as we didn't get to see much of the jungle and inland in Ao Thalene... - [ ] Way too big a group with too many people, no wonder it's hard to keep a group together... - [ ] Sat and waited about 40 minutes at the ATV location without any information about when the ATV activity would s
