Full description
This is a 6-hour experience in Krabi, built around Krabi Hot Springs and Emerald Pool. It is run by Krabi Blue Sky, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Onsen bathing has a fixed etiquette: undress completely in the changing room, wash and rinse thoroughly at the seated showers before entering, keep the small towel out of the water, no swimwear, and no diving or swimming. Baths are separated by sex except in a few mixed rural ones. Tattoos are still refused at many public baths and larger resorts, though private baths, kashikiri, and an increasing number of tattoo-friendly onsen get round it; ask when booking. Water is typically 40 to 43°C, so ten minutes in and a rest is the rhythm. A ryokan stay includes a kaiseki dinner and futon bedding laid out while you eat.
Pickup is offered from Ao Nang and Krabi Noi; the exact spot and time are agreed with Krabi Blue Sky once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.
The price covers Round trip Transfers from your hotel and back, Restaurant Buffet Lunch at the resort, Tour Guide, Travel Insurance and Soft drinks. It does not cover National Park fees, Emerald Pool: 400THB ADULT / 200THB CHILD, Hot Springs: 200THB ADULT / 100THB CHILD and Tiger Cave Temple: 50THB ADULT / CHILD IS FREE, so budget for those separately. truely beautiful. I would have lived to spend 30 more minutes in the hotsprings. the overall trip was pleasant, impressive, well organized and memorable.
Die Abholung und der Transport war sehr gut organisiert und komfortabel Allerdings war dies in unseren Augen keine Dschungeltour, sondern nur das Aneinanderreihen der extra noch zusätzlich zu bezahlenden Besuchen in den nicht naturellen "HotSprings" und viel zu überfüllten "Emerald Pool". Wenn man alles ansehen wollte kam man zeitlich nicht mal zum Baden. Der Besuch zum Schluss beim Tempel hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war eine richtig gute Herausforderung für uns.
L emerald pool et les hot springs sont à voir, c était magnifique. En revanche, l organisation n a pas été optimum: on a passé quasiment plus de temps en voiture que sur les sites ( au moins autant). En effet, l après midi, les gens faisaient des activités différentes, il a donc fallu passer par 3 endroits différents pour les déposer avant d’en nous déposer à l hôtel . De plus, il y a eu un problème pour le repas du midi ou le guide pensait que celui ci n était pas inclus pour nous…. Après une longue attente, nous avons été autorisés à déjeuner mais du coup, avec un timing serré ( 5 minutes).
Der Ausflug war sehr schön und die Organisation und Abholung am Hotel hat or problemlos geklappt. Die Hot Springs sind definitiv ein Highlight, der emerald pool ist leider sehr überfüllt. Trotzdem würde ich die Reise so wieder machen.
Es wäre schön gewesen hätte man uns vorab informiert, dass noch thb 600 in Cash für den Eintritt in den Park zu bezahlen sind. Der Führer war sehr gut und sehr umsichtig.
