This is a 4-hour experience in Krabi. It is run by Smart Cook Krabi,Thailand, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Japanese cooking classes usually build a meal around dashi, the kombu and bonito stock that sits under miso soup, simmered dishes and noodle broths, and then one or two headline dishes: rolled sushi or nigiri, gyoza, tempura, okonomiyaki, or a bento box. Wagashi classes make the seasonal sweets served with tea from sweet bean paste. Most classes run two to three hours in a home kitchen or a small studio, and vegetarian versions replace the bonito with a kombu-shiitake dashi. You eat what you make, and Japanese teachers are precise about technique.

It was a great activity, the chef was lovely and so was our group! We were able make all different things too which was nice becuase all our spicy levels differed! We even took home a cook book with so many more recipes than what we were tight! Would highly recommend!

Our drive + instructor was amazing. If there is two of you, you can pay for 1 ticket and share the experience as it is a lot of food. They are super kind and helpful. Lots of drinking water available, veggie options and they are careful with allergies. They took lots of pics of us and we made pals with the people from our group. Lovely experience:)
I had a wonderful experience with this Thai cooking class. The instructor was excellent. She explained every step clearly and made the class easy to follow. She had most of the ingredients prepared in advance, while still allowing us to chop and prepare some ingredients ourselves, which made the experience feel hands-on and authentic without being overwhelming. The cooking process was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the dishes came together. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious! Throughout the class, the instructor regularly checked whether we want
