I paid for a city tour plus extra for a boat ride through Pattaya Bay. The tour only included about half the itinerary items listed when I booked it. No trip to Gems Gallery, no trip to Laser Buddha and again no boat ride other than a short ride at the Floating market. This tour seems really misrepresented as reality is different than the website description.
