What each flight length actually gives you
Flights are sold in minutes and the difference is real, not marketing.
Around 12 minutes is a loop over the Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis and the Burj Al Arab. It is the cheapest way into a helicopter in Dubai and it covers the images most people came for. It is also over quickly, and the first two minutes are spent climbing.
Around 17 minutes adds Dubai Marina and the coastline north.
Around 25 minutes is the one that reaches the Burj Khalifa, Downtown and the creek — old Dubai, the Frame, the whole spine of the city. If seeing the Burj Khalifa from the air is the point, check the duration before booking, because the short loops do not go there. Our tour over the Palm and Burj Al Arab is the classic short run; the flight paired with an old town walk covers the other half of the city on foot.
