The price does not cover admission fee - wat arun (temple of dawn) thb200.00 per person, admission fee - wat pho (temple of the reclining buddha) thb300.00 per person and admission fee - grand palace & wat phra kaew (temple of the emerald buddha) thb500.00 per person. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Not in rough sea. The Andaman side is calm from November to April and choppy from May to October, when the marine office can close the piers at short notice; if that happens the operator moves you to the next day or refunds in full.
