This is a 8-hour experience in Bangkok. It is run by Lampoo Ocean Travel, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples sit side by side across Japan and the etiquette differs slightly: at a shrine, bow at the torii, rinse hands and mouth at the water basin, then bow twice, clap twice, bow once at the hall; at a temple, no clapping, hands together, and incense if it is offered. Photography is fine outside and usually not inside halls. Zen meditation sessions, zazen, are taught at several Kyoto and Tokyo temples in 30 to 60 minute sittings with the posture explained; a shukubo temple stay adds the morning service and vegetarian shojin ryori. Shoes come off at every hall.

Me encantaron las explicaciones del guía, aprendí mucho. Comimos en un restaurante local al lado del río, y la comida estaba buenísima. Al final de la actividad, el guía nos llevó a alimentar peces a un pequeño puerto a las afueras de Bangkok, fue muy interesante, lo recomiendo

El transporte bastante sucio y viejo. La excursion a toda prisa, el templo mas importante solo nos dieron 20 minutos para recorrerlo y era enorme, despues de que nos habian hecho esperar media hora en una gasolinera. De audio guia en ntro idioma en ningun momento nos dieron, eramos 2 italianos, francesa y española( el tour era en ingles pero ponia que habia audio guia). La comida local abundante y rica, quiza lo unico. Me siento un poco engañada por Get yoir guide, ofrecen cosas que no dan. Al volver estabamos en um atasco, a 10 minutos del hotel, el guia no dejo bajarme para ir caminando. Sin

Our guide was very kind and friendly. He really wanted us to experience Thai culture, not just visit the places on the itinerary. Along the way, he even stopped at a few temples that weren't included in the tour and explained their history, all without any extra charge. My favorite part was **Wat Phanan Choeng**. I really enjoyed the merit-making activities and feeding the fish. It was such a fun and unique experience, and definitely the highlight of the trip. Overall, we got much more than we expected.
