This is a 50-minute experience in Bangkok. It is run by MONKEY TRAVEL ASIA by Ask Discovery, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Sumo has six fifteen-day tournaments a year, in Tokyo in January, May and September, Osaka in March, Nagoya in July and Fukuoka in November; tickets for the top division from about 15:00 are the hard ones to get. Outside tournaments, morning practice at a stable can be watched with a guide who knows which stables allow it and the strict etiquette. Kabuki at the Kabukiza in Ginza sells single-act tickets on the day for an hour of the four-hour programme, with an English earphone guide. Baseball at the Tokyo Dome or Koshien is a summer evening with the crowd's synchronised chants.

A great experience to have a solo traveller. Sat at a small table and got to sit back and enjoy the show. I was able to order drinks while there too. Great performance!

Very impressive and a massive crew, great production.. Would definitely recommend if staying in Bangkok. Food was very nice and a great way to tey local Thai dishes.

Very entertaining. The experience starts from the moment of entry with the comfortable theatre and drinks service. The service staff were great. The production standards are very high and covers all main cabaret genre. The theatre is in a very nice location with plenty of shops, souvenir stands, cafes (including an animal cafe), restaurants and a beautiful boardwalk.

This was an interactive and entertaining evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the show and would look to do again. We had front sets, everything from the make up, energy and those costumes- Amazing! High energy, classy and some good song choices.

Great show, great costumes, the whole atmosphere was crazy and even chique. A must see! Suggestion for the organizers: Introducing a dress code for this event would do justice to its unique atmosphere and help create a more cohesive and elegant ambiance. We loved every minute of the show.
