The excursion was over all very good - our tour guide was super lovely and enthusiastic. She made everyone smile and had lots of information about the railway and bridge - lots of history to absorb. We had a lovely lunch before heading up the beautiful waterfalls. She took photos of each person and so we had mementos of the tour. I highly recommend- it was a long drive from Bangkok centre, but it was worth it. Bus was very comfortable too. Needed a little more time 1 extra hour to get maximum time to get up and down the falls as there was much to see. Overall I highly recommend.
Great day from being picked up by the driver, meeting our tour guide ‘Na’ to visiting the waterfall. Na shared her excellent knowledge of the Kwai bridge and WWII before we took a trip down the river, stood on the train tracks and visited the amazing waterfalls. We were very well looked after with bottles of water and recommendations for food which was excellent and very cheap. Had a great day and would definitely recommend.
The best experience! Na was an amazing guide !! professional, kind, fun and also a very talented photographer who captured our day beautifully. Our driver was equally professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire day. They made the whole experience enjoyable, comfortable, and truly unforgettable. Absolutely worth the price and highly recommended! 💗
Fantastic experience! The waterfalls are spectacular, and the history of the bridge over the River Kwai is fascinating too. We couldn’t have asked for better company. Our driver was incredibly kind and made sure to explain things to us throughout the whole journey and that we were comfortable and doing well. Then our guide, Na, took the experience to a 10/10. She explained everything in great detail, has such a cheerful energy, and she’s the best photographer!
The waterfall is 100% worth it, go in a smaller group so you go earlier when it’s less crowded. Na is a great guide and a knowledgeable about the tour as well, she has been doing these over 20 years!
We went to the museum. The boat tour was nice. There was enough time at the waterfalls to go explore.
Nice trip with Na ! Beautiful waterfalls and history tour
100 percent worth it!! Make sure you bring water shoes!!
AMAZING!! Na, our tour guide, was so kind and sweet and had so much to tell us about the history and culture of Kanchanaburi. She gave an excellent tour of the JEATH museum, we learnt a lot about the harrowing experiences of the prisoners of war. She took us to the waterfall and we had ample time to enjoy the beautiful pools, and to have an amazing (and cheap) traditional Thai meal. We loved our day, and are so grateful for the wonderful experience. Thank you Na!
Excellent tour. Sen, our Guide, was excellent. Very accommodating, explained the history of the temples and provided a great overview of his country. I would definitely recommend him for any future tours. Thank you
Our guide, Na, was very energetic, enthusiastic, and created a great atmosphere throughout the day. The tour began with a visit to the JEATH Museum, after which we took a boat to the Bridge over the River Kwai. Before visiting Erawan National Park, she took us to a lovely local restaurant for lunch. At Erawan National Park, we visited all seven waterfalls, and it is even possible to swim in some of them. Overall, the tour was very enjoyable. Our only suggestion would be to allow a bit more time to explore all the waterfalls, as the time allocated felt rather short.
Very friendly guide and driver. Very professional.
