This is a 7-day experience from Bangkok, built around Leh — Acclimatization First and Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake. It is run by Red Cliff Adventure, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

The price covers Accommodation on DBL sharing basis, Daily breakfast and dinner, Daily welcome drink, MAPAI meal plan and Cab for all sightseeing. It does not cover Lunch and Personal expenses, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

Leh — Acclimatization First

Day 1: Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day resting to acclimatize to the high altitude. If you feel well enough, enjoy an evening visit to Leh Market and Shanti Stupa.

Leh Local Sightseeing — Rivers, Legends

After breakfast, explore key attractions around Leh. Visit Hall of Fame, a museum maintained by the Indian Army; Magnetic Hill at 3,352 m; Gurudwara Pathar Sahib at 3,600 m; and Sangam Point, where the Indus and Zanskar Rivers meet. Return to Leh by evening and relax.

Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La — Into the High Passes

Drive toward Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Take in sweeping views of snow-clad peaks and glaciers before descending into Nubra’s striking valley landscapes. On arrival, visit Diskit Monastery, known for its Maitreya Buddha statue, explore the Hunder Sand Dunes, and choose an optional double-humped Bactrian camel ride.

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake

Leh Leisure Day — Monasteries, Cafes & Shopping

This flexible day gives you time to rest, shop, or explore more of Ladakh at your own pace. Optional visits include Thiksey Monastery, known as the “Mini Potala Palace,” and Hemis Monastery, the largest monastery in Ladakh. You can also spend time in local cafes or shop for souvenirs in Leh Market.

Departure from Leh — Farewell Ladakh

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your onward journey.
