WOWPark sends the meeting point and time by email as soon as the booking is confirmed. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with WOWPark before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

We had a brilliant time visiting WOW Park in Bangkok. It was such a fun and different experience, and the kids absolutely loved it. There were loads of interesting things to see and do, and it kept everyone entertained throughout our visit. What we enjoyed most was how interactive everything was. It wasn’t just about looking at things; the kids could get involved, explore and have a proper laugh. It was a great way to spend some family time together, especially when you want a break from sightseeing. Upon arrival they told us the show we had booked was full and that it was our problem because we purchased the tickets via a 3rd party agent . The manager lady had a horrible attitude, when we insisted for her to find a solution she kept yelling „That’s not my problem“ and „I don’t get money from the app“ she finally threatened to call the police 🤣. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Another staff was nice enough to check if an earlier show had seats , which worked out for us. Anyhow needless to say it was a bad experience because of the female manager (which should not be working in the serv
