This was such a fun class! Our guide, Jeab, was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about the ingredients and methods used in Thai cooking. We got to prepare four dishes that all tasted delicious and now have the skills and recipes to make them at home. Would absolutely recommend White Lotus cooking classes to anyone

What an amazing experience. Lots of laughs, very insightful and the food was so so good. Our teacher Piao was so patient, and the course was a slow pace and easy to follow along. For anyone interested in learning how to make some beautiful authentic Thai dishes, you will love this class!

starts with a wonderful walk through the market, learning about the different spices and foods Thailand has to offer. then you are taught how to make four wonderful dishes. the class is extremely interactive and makes learning how to cook Thai dishes easy and fun. wonderful environment, clean and so beautiful.
