Full description
This is a 6-hour experience from Phuket, built around Tonsai Waterfall, Bang Pae Waterfall and Local restaurant. It is run by Feelphuket, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Japan's outdoors is organised: trails are marked, mountain huts are booked, and the walking routes with history, the Nakasendo post road between Magome and Tsumago and the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage in Wakayama, are done in comfortable day stages with luggage forwarded. Cycling tours use the flat river paths and back streets that cars avoid. The summer heat from July to September makes early starts essential in the cities and lowlands, while the mountains are cool. Winter turns Hokkaido and Nagano into ski country from December to March, with the powder that Niseko and Hakuba are known for.
Pickup is offered from Pa Tong, Karon and Kamala; the exact spot and time are agreed with Feelphuket once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.
The price covers Khao Phra Teaw National Park entry fee, Licensed guide, Pickup and drop-off at hotels on Phuket's main beaches, Water and Snacks. It does not cover Alcoholic drinks, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.
Hotel pickup in Phuket. Feelphuket confirms your pickup time and the exact spot once the booking is in. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with Feelphuket before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

The Rainforest Hike with our guide Nattakan aka Lee was FANTASTIC!!!!!! He explained and showed flora and fauna of the Phuket rainforest, and thanks to him we got to see waterfalls and hidden natural pools you otherwise wouldn't be able to find and enjoy. You immerse into the jungle with its mesmerizing smells and sounds, using all your senses as you hike along. A mind-opening and wonderful experience I will never forget. The tour was very well organized: driver, car, guide - all excellent and at its best. What I also cherished was the lunch at a local restaurant serving the most delicious foo
Excellent day. Guides were great - pointed out lots of interesting bugs & plants. The swim stop was a welcome rest. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to do something a little different although not a walk for people a little unsteady on their feet.
Solo traveller and I had a brilliant day! Lee was great. A nice size group. Lots of stops to rest and chat about surroundings. Really warm and steamy weather so swim at the end was great. Lunch after a swim at a local restaurant was also amazing. Recommend!
Great, expect to be hiking though. An older couple joined our tour and hadn't read the description properly so were unprepared for the terrain.
nice walk through the forest and nice couple of swims at the waterfalls this trip is more for the fit people as it's loads of climbing bending and walking through the slippery stones so just be mindful what you put yourself for but yea all was great and a wee lunch on the end of the trip and no clue what u order as it doesn't say what it is 😂😂 but the flavours were good 😊
A brilliant adventure in the SE Asian jungle. Lots of spiders, bugs and weird plants. Be warned / this was a tricky hike (wet season) with slippery climbs and descents. Great fun but be prepared with your footwear!
Very enjoyable day. Beautiful lush vegetation and vibrant ecosystems. Our guide Lee was a sweet guy - very knowledgeable, calm and courteous. The hike was relatively easy apart from some tricky sections with low lying branches and vines as well as slippery rocks when crossing creeks. There were many beautiful waterfalls along the way which provided opportunities to swim. Lee was helpful when needed and carries a first aid kit to assist should minor injuries occur. I would recommend this tour for those who want to experience a different side of Phuket.
We had a fantastic day,Lee our guide was great. Lee actually recommended this to us from a previous activity we did with this company. The walk is challenging but we had no problems
I hiked through the Thai Jungle—and let’s just say, it gave me a very personal welcome. Out of 10 people, guess who got stung by the infamous Tiger Thai Hornet? Yup… ME. If you think a regular wasp sting is painful, wait till this beast humbles you. No heroic photos of the sting itself because I was too busy sprinting for survival. My photo collection from the hike is... well, blurry. Because in the jungle, if you stop to take a clear shot, something either bites you, poisons you, or worse—termites claim your soul. We missed snakes and spiders by seconds. Eyes in the back of your head aren’t o
The adventure trek was really fun and fairly intense. Our guide Wit was knowledgeable and funny which made the day even better. I met some really nice people from the same group. We had a few breaks and some time for photos, although I would have liked a little bit more time for photos but that's because I'm using a camera. The transportation was on time and safe. The lunch after the trek was delicious. I am glad I booked it, since you cannot do the 6km route we did without a guide. I would recommend for anyone who likes an adventure and who is fairly fit. Make sure your shoes have a good grip
I enjoyed this hike a lot. Being surrounded by the nature, plants and animals/insects felt so good. Lots to see and learn. You definitely need to have a fitness level and be okay with the heat. They supply snacks, water and lunch, it was such a fun day.
Very nice trip thru the jungle. If You like hiking it's something for You!
