Half-Day Countryside Cycling Tour with Lunch in Phuket

This was my first cycling tour and I think ive found my new best activity! What an incredible experience! Amin was our guide he was so knowledgeable of the area and answered all our annoying tourist questions....this is a great scenic tour that gives you a touch of phuket that you don't see too often. We rode through rubber tree and pineapple plantations into dense thick forests full of butterflies....this was an unforgettable experience! Thos was my first mountain bike experience and I wouldn't say I'm an athlete but enjoyed the riding at my own pace with plenty of stops with drinks included.

I had a great time on this tour! It was a fantastic way to see a completely different side of Phuket, with beautiful countryside, forests, villages, and quiet roads that I would never have explored on my own. The guide Lee was excellent; friendly, patient, and made several stops along the way to explain the local area and give us a chance to rest. They also happily accommodated my vegetarian meal, which I really appreciated. One thing to note is that the ride was much more challenging than I expected. We covered around 22 km and rode through forest trails, uneven paths, and some rough terrain.

Fantastic tour visiting an area of Phuket you would never go to yourselves. Pick up exactly on time in a very comfortable minivan, then approx an hour drive to the start point. Good quality Trek & Merida bikes. Total journey approx 22km with lots of stops for drinks, coconut, fresh pineapple (all inclusive). Bike ride took us along quiet country lanes, past pineapples fields, palm tree plantations and through some jungle. Lee our guide was very knowledgeable about the area. Great half day for the 5 of us (2 adults, 17 yr old, 14 and 12 yrs) cycling through northern Phuket. After reading some of the reviews I was worried it may be a little challenging but honestly this route is 95% flat or slightly uphill with only 2 v brief hills so I’d say it was far less challenging than I anticipated. Lee was brilliant: gentle manner, v knowledgeable, helped those who wanted to handle a spider in the jungle. Lovely stop at a local shop for coconuts and snacks, with several other water breaks. I highly recommend for people / families keen to see a quieter side to Phuket.

This tour was the best thing I did in Phuket . Lee the guide was amazing either way local knowledge and so willing to answer questions . This is not just a bike ride it is an opportunity to learn more about Thai culture , local agriculture , and Thai community.

The tour guide, Lee, if I remember correctly, was very helpful and everything went smoothly. The route was nice with many interesting things to see on the way. Our guide gave us good insight about the places we visited. There were enough breaks and we always had enough water and snacks. Lunch at the end was very good with plenty of options to choose from. We would highly recommend this activity!

This tour was great. A nice mix of riding through villages and bush/jungle tracks. The pace was good. Lots of short rest breaks, snacks and drinks all supplied. Lunch was also very nice ay the end of the ride. The guide was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
