The overall activity was great and the tour guides all were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was upgrading to the long tail boat- that was a steal. They made it sound like it was going to take you to places their big boat couldn’t access which it wasn’t true. The ride was only 2 mins to a swimming pool session that their boat also anchored there.

It was a great eye opener. weather started bad. but we got to do most of what was planned. Our tour guide Natasha was amazing. she takes great pictures and shared knowledge. what was sad was they they do not communicate that people should not litter. tourists in our group were rude. they did not allow the tpur guide to speak. children were abrupt. litter in the ocean and beach was disappointing and ruined the whole experience
