Full description
This is a 9-hour experience in Phuket, built around Catamaran, Bamboo Island and Monkey Beach. It is run by V. Marine Tour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Arashiyama, on Kyoto's western edge, is the bamboo grove, the Togetsukyo bridge over the Katsura river, the gardens of Tenryu-ji and the monkey park on the hill above. The bamboo path is about 500 metres and is photographed empty in every guidebook because those photographs are taken before 7:30; by mid-morning it is a procession. Rickshaw runs, the Sagano scenic railway along the gorge, and boat rides down the Hozu rapids all start here. Autumn colour peaks in the second half of November and cherry blossom around the first week of April.
The price covers Hotel pickup and drop-off, Buffet lunch at a 4.5-star resort, Seasonal fruits and soft drinks, Accident insurance and Restroom on board. It does not cover Alcoholic drinks and National Park Fees 400THB/adult and 200THB/child, so budget for those separately. We had a lot of fun with “Sexy Goodies” today on our trip to Phi Phi!!! Guide was so funny and welcoming, made everything run very smooth and explained to us how the day was going to go. Got to snorkel and see fish, the islands, and just had somewhat bad weather. The boat there was pretty bad - water was so choppy but not under the tours control. They did their best to make us comfortable !!! Overall recommend that and go visit the islands!
This was just the best day out, sonny our tour guide was so friendly and engaging, nothing was too much trouble for him. The trip was so well organised and we were fed and watered all day long, I really can’t recommend this enough!
An absolutely amazing trip! We were warmly welcomed at the meeting point where we were given water, coffee, snacks and a travel sickness tablet (if required) and an informative talk prior to departure. We were advised where to sit on the catamaran to enjoy a smoother ride. Each location we arrived at was simply stunning and we were given plenty of time to explore. Snacks (fruit) and drinks (water and Coke) were offered frequently when back on board. My particular highlight was the snorkelling. We had booked the photography package and was so glad we did. This is the tour to be booked! It takes you to the main spots to go snorkeling, you have plenty of time to spend in every spot, the lunch is quite good (there's a pool at your disposal in this place), the staff provides you snacks the whole day and they make sure you get to be as comfortable as possible the whole trip. Totally worth it! Bear in mind some places may be a bit crowded but you can always find a place for yourself to take amazing pictures and enjoy the environment.
We had a brilliant time. Sexy Goodies our guide was super helpful and added even more fun to our day. All arrangements went smoothly. The lunch was excellent and we had an endless supply of cold drinks and fruit and snacks. We could not have asked for more. Just the right amount of time in each place. The snorkelling was fantastic. Everything was well organised, from the collection at the hotel, to the drop off. The speedboat was new and clean and the crew always offered us water, coca cola, snack and fresh fruits. A special mention to our tour guide, Sunny. Precise during the explanation of the activities, always smiling and he just emanates good vibes. I recommend this tour because you get the chance to see beautiful places and you get well care of.
