Pickup is offered from Phuket and Khao Lak; the exact spot and time are agreed with Thailand Escapes once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.

The Andaman side is calm from November to April and choppy from May to October, when the marine office can close the piers at short notice; if that happens the operator moves you to the next day or refunds in full. Seasickness tablets the night before help on speedboats, and Maya Bay itself closes to visitors in August and September each year.
