Wissenswertes
Jeden Freitag geschlossen. An allen anderen Tagen öffnen die Tore etwa 30 Minuten vor Sonnenaufgang und schließen 30 Minuten vor Sonnenuntergang.
Die Expressspur gilt für Tickets, nicht für die Sicherheit. Durch die Kontrolle geht jeder, ganz früh am Morgen geht sie aber schnell.
Der Einlass für ausländische Staatsangehörige beträgt 1.100 ₹. Die zusätzlichen 200 ₹ für den Zugang zur Mausoleumsplattform sind separat und lohnen sich.
Überschuhe werden gestellt. Stative, Essen, Tabak und große Taschen dürfen nicht mit hinein.
Die Nachtbesichtigung an Vollmondterminen ist ein völlig anderes Ticket, nur im ASI-Büro 24 Stunden vorher erhältlich und auf 400 Personen begrenzt.
