Lo útil aquí es la variedad. Si estás en Agra, hay una versión guiada corta. Si vienes de Delhi o de Jaipur, hay opciones que incluyen el viaje. Y el mausoleo, la parte que cuesta aparte y que la gente se arrepiente de saltarse, va incluido en varias de ellas.
Qué añade el mausoleo
La entrada estándar al Taj cuesta 1.100 ₹ para extranjeros. Los 200 ₹ extra son los que te dejan subir a la plataforma de mármol y entrar en la cámara funeraria, donde las celosías jali que rodean los cenotafios están talladas en bloques únicos de mármol, un enrejado lo bastante fino para ver a través, esculpido y no ensamblado, y donde la marquetería es más densa.
Sin eso ves el edificio desde los jardines. Con eso ves aquello para lo que fue construido.
La visita
La Gran Puerta y esa primera vista encuadrada. Los jardines charbagh y el estanque. La plataforma de mármol, los minaretes con su inclinación deliberada hacia fuera, y el interior. Tu guía cubre la construcción, los materiales y cuáles de las historias famosas se sostienen.
