La primera luz, y directo por la puerta.
El argumento del amanecer es simple y se cumple siempre. La puerta abre unos treinta minutos antes del alba. El primer grupo que entra tiene el recinto casi para sí, el mármol está fresco, y la piedra pasa del gris al rosa y finalmente al blanco cuando el sol despeja el horizonte por detrás de la cúpula. Dos horas después es un edificio blanco y caliente lleno de gente.
Esta es la versión de entrada y guía: acceso exprés por delante de la cola, un guía local que resuelve los trámites y te acompaña, y menos de tres horas en total.
Qué ves
La Gran Puerta en el momento en que llega la luz, lo mejor cronometrado que puedes hacer en el Taj. Los jardines charbagh y el estanque, que a esa hora está realmente quieto. La plataforma de mármol y, según tu entrada, el interior del mausoleo.
Y la terraza sobre el río, donde en invierno la niebla sube del Yamuna y casi nadie va.
