Loved it. Great tour with Faisal. He was very informative, professional, and made us feel welcome and safe. Definitely would recommend this tour with him! We were on the fence about doing this tour or not and are so happy we did. If you only have a day in Delhi this is a great way to spend it.
The pickup and trip by the driver Amit was easy-going, punctual, and enjoyable. After, the smile and knowledge of Vinod Kumar guiding the tour in Agra was also pleasant. So I recommend anyone willing to have an excellent experience in Agra to give it a try to this tour

Una experiencia maravillosa, desde el inicio hasta el final. Definitivamente la atención de Smith fue excelente, él es demasiado amable, atento y toma las mejores fotos hehehe Les recomiendo mucho este tour ❤️
The trip was organized poorly. Neither the driver, nor the guide knew the programme. Probably it’s the company’s fault. The guide though, made a nice tour around Taj Mahal, however, although Agra Fort tour was included in our package, he said it’s not worth it and instead of the city tour, he took us to 2 handicraft shops (they were nice but the workers there were too persistent to sell us something) and that was it of Agra. When we asked about the elephant rescue part, the guide and the driver both were lost and needed to contact the company to confirm our details and they even asked us the adress. The driver finally took us there and the experience was amazing (due to the effort of the person working there). However, although bear rescue center was included in the itinerary, we did not go there. However, kudos to the driver and the guide at the elephant center for their great work. Would never travel again or recommend the same company though.
