Agra's street markets can be a lot to navigate as a woman travelling alone or with friends, and this tour is built around that plainly rather than pretending otherwise. Your coordinator and host are women, the mehndi artist is a woman, and the route through the markets is one they know well.
What happens
A master mehndi artist works on a custom design rather than a quick standard pattern, freehand from a cone. You choose the style, Arabic being bolder and more open, Indian finer and more filled-in, and the placement. Application for a hand takes twenty minutes or so, and the artist will talk you through the tradition while she works.
Then the street food, with a host who orders for you and knows which stalls are clean. Expect Agra's own specialities: petha in its various forms, the ash-gourd sweet the city is known for; bedai with jalebi if the timing is right; chaat, kulfi and proper masala chai.

Only natural henna is used. Black henna containing PPD burns and scars, and should be refused anywhere it is offered.
Keep the paste on for two to six hours if you can. The stain darkens over the next day or two, so it looks best on day two.
Do not book this immediately before a Taj visit. Damp henna and white marble are a bad combination.
Vegetarian is easy here, and most of Agra's best-known items are vegetarian anyway. Tell us in advance about allergies.
