The difference with this one is that the entrance fees to all three sites are in the price rather than sold as an add-on. Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, tickets included, so you walk up to each gate and go in.
That removes the single most common friction on an Agra day: three separate ticket transactions, two of them in cash queues, while your guide waits and the good light passes.
The route
Pickup from your hotel in Agra, or from Delhi on the longer version. Taj Mahal first for the best light, with your guide covering the gate approach, the gardens, the inlay work and the interior. Agra Fort next, ten minutes away, where Shah Jahan was confined by his son within sight of the Taj. Then west to Fatehpur Sikri, Akbar's sandstone capital, abandoned within fifteen years of completion and still largely intact.

The Taj is closed on Fridays. The other two are open, so a Friday booking still works as a two-site day.
